Terms of Service

By booking a session or purchasing a membership or gift card from Nordic Spa Winona, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Sessions are held at the scheduled time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Health & safety

Sauna and cold plunge involve exposure to heat and cold. Consult a physician before participating if you have any health concerns. You participate at your own risk.

Gift cards & memberships

Gift cards do not expire. Memberships are valid for the term purchased and are non-transferable.
